During my stay, I encountered a significant issue with slow WiFi that was practically unusable, making it difficult to stay connected. the air conditioning in my room struggled to cool adequately and leaked water, leading to a messy situation on the floor. I also found cleanliness to be a major concern, as the headboard in my room was surprisingly dirty, which diminished my overall comfort.

Fantastic place to unwind by the beautiful poolside, and just a short stroll from vibrant nightlife and dining options.

I just loved how welcoming everyone was from the get-go! The front desk staff were super helpful, making checking in a breeze. Our room was spacious and so clean. The poolside snack bar had some tasty bites, perfect for lounging. Just wish the beach access was a bit less crowded at times.

henann is a beautiful resort with everything close by. the private sun beds on the beach were a great touch, and the spacious premier room was spotless. the water pressure in the shower was perfect. enjoyed the multiple pools that provided a relaxing atmosphere.
